Our Process

Our comprehensive process is designed to take a complex process and simplify it to its basic elements, examining each part of the install to alleviate any issues before they have a chance to begin. And keep in mind that this process does not require any payment by you to NacTelligence. Even though we are your advocate in the process, we are paid by the provider you choose.

 
 

Pre-Contract Services

  • We conduct a discovery interview with all stakeholders with a series of pointed questions depending on their particular needs, assessment and responsibilities.

  • We determine the VoIP cloud offering “differentials”, and match your needs assessment from a critical perspective to the various cloud providers.

  • Then we review all of your concerns and issues and explain the “move forward” process.

  • NacTelligence then determines the mix of recommended Gartner Magic Quadrant cloud providers, as well as specialty providers based on the provided information.

  • Quotes and proposals reflecting the exact same specs are generated from the selected providers of your choice.

  • Full Web-X presentations and demonstrations are then deployed by the providers of choice.

  • We then perform a complete analysis to compare your current costs with potential ROI and projected total cost-of-ownership.

  • A full sixty (60) month rolling cost and savings analysis is provided: upfront cost, monthly cost, annual cost and five-year cost.

  • We review each proposal with you to communicate a clear understanding of your choices with pros and cons, allowing you to make an informed decision.

  • We enter into final negotiations with the provider of your choice to achieve the most advantageous pricing.

 

DURING & Post-Contract Services

  • NacTelligence attends all project coordination calls on your behalf.

  • We review all Statements of Work from your provider of choice to ensure expectations and objectives are accounted for, and met.

  • Comprehensive participation and in many times management of all aspects of project planning and deployment are undertaken.

  • We review and provide technical consulting to assess your existing network and ensure it’s network readiness for VOIP deployment.

  • Provide any and all additional services such as IT support, cabling, or on-site deployment that is required for completion of the project or requested by you. Even though our consulting and regular services are paid for by the provider and not you, these ancillary services require additional charges which will be estimated and approved by you before we begin.

  • Provide ongoing help desk resolution support for the life of your deployment including second and third level escalation and intervention.

  • On going consulting services are provided free-of-charge to handle adds, moves and changes.
